We want you to love your OSEA skincare routine; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be at least half full and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for your request from the dropdown menu.

  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
